Our software can track how many times you have watched the video file, how long you watched it, and if you downloaded it. If we find that you have used the product extensively, we won't be able to issue you a refund. We hope this information helps.

    •    Provide your order number and a clear reason for the return.

5. Defective Video File:

    •    If your video file doesn't play, please contact our service centre at info@mbsrelaxingmv.com, and we will send you another USB Stick only with your video within 5 working days from your request.

6. Refund Timelines:

    •    Refunds may take 10 business days to process and appear in your account. The timing of your refund may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
